Partner with Us for Event Excellence
We work with talented vendors, planners, and venues across Chanthaburi to create celebrations that people actually remember. If you're serious about quality and want to connect with clients who value real craftsmanship, let's talk about what partnership looks like.
Finding the Right Fit
Not every partnership makes sense, and that's okay. We've learned over the years what works and what doesn't. Here's how to figure out if we should be working together.
What's Your Service Area?
We focus on Chanthaburi and surrounding provinces. Most of our events happen within a two-hour radius, though we've done destination celebrations further out when the project fits.
What's Your Specialty?
We're always looking for florists who understand seasonal work, caterers who can handle dietary complexity, photographers who don't need a shot list, venues with character.
How Do You Handle Pressure?
Wedding days go sideways. Timelines shift. Weather doesn't cooperate. We need partners who can adapt without drama and solve problems quietly.
What's Your Availability?
Peak season runs November through February. We book most events 8-14 months out, sometimes longer for popular dates. Late bookings happen but they're rare.
Can You Work Collaboratively?
Our events involve multiple vendors coordinating throughout the day. Communication matters. Showing up on time matters. Respecting other professionals matters.
What's Your Pricing Structure?
Our clients value quality but they're not unlimited budgets. We need partners with transparent pricing who can work within realistic ranges for mid-to-upper market events.
What Partnership Actually Looks Like
We've worked with the same core group of vendors for three years now. That didn't happen by accident. It happened because we figured out what makes partnerships last beyond a single event.
Real Communication
We do timeline meetings two weeks before every event. Everyone's in the room – or on the call. No assumptions, no guessing. Just clear plans and backup plans.
Fair Compensation
We pay on time, every time. Usually within a week of the event. Your invoice shouldn't sit in someone's email for 45 days while you chase payment.
Honest Feedback
After each event, we do a quick debrief. What worked, what didn't, what we'd change next time. It's not about blame – it's about getting better together.
Mutual Referrals
When clients ask our vendors for planner recommendations, we want to be first on that list. Same goes the other way. Good partnerships create opportunities for everyone.
Who You'll Work With
These are the people coordinating events, managing vendor relationships, and making sure everything runs properly on the day. You'll probably talk to both of them before we finalize any partnership.
Linnea Bergström
Linnea handles all our vendor partnerships and contract negotiations. She's been coordinating events for nine years and knows what questions to ask before problems appear. If you're interested in working with us, you'll meet with her first to discuss logistics, expectations, and whether it makes sense to move forward.
Siiri Laakso
Siiri runs day-of coordination and manages all the timeline details that keep events on track. She's the one you'll communicate with during setup and throughout the event itself. She's calm under pressure and expects the same from partners – no drama, just solutions when things need adjusting.
Ready to Start a Conversation?
If you made it this far and think we might be a good fit, reach out. We're starting to build our vendor roster for late 2025 and early 2026 events right now. No pressure, no commitments yet – just a conversation about what partnership could look like.
